The Colorado Lawyers Committee Welcomes Dillon Liu, Fall 2025 Intern

Dillon is a second-year law student at the University of Colorado, Boulder School of Law. He earned his undergraduate degree at the University of Colorado, Boulder, in Architectural Engineering with a focus in Construction. Before graduating, he interned for the office of Governor Polis, a workers' compensation lawyer, and a construction firm. After graduating, he transitioned directly to law school.

 

Dillon brings his skills in legal research and critical thinking to the Colorado Lawyers Committee. As a summer intern for Holland & Hart, Dillon worked closely with attorneys in a wide variety of legal areas, including pro bono projects. In law school, he is on the board for the Asian Pacific American Law Student Association and the Intellectual Property Law Association, helping new students build community and learn about their possible future interests.

 

In his free time, he enjoys biking, hiking, playing video games, working out, eating, and exploring new places. He hopes to pursue a career in intellectual property law and to become an expert in a specific area of IP.
