PART-TIME DATABASE MANAGER POSITION (HYBRID SCHEDULE)
The Colorado Lawyers Committee, a small nonprofit dedicated to pro bono legal advocacy, seeks a part-time Database Manager to work remotely with occasional in-person meetings and events.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Researching, updating, and maintaining entries, generating reports, and ensuring accuracy of information in our FileMaker database and, once the transition is complete, in our new database platform
Managing and archiving data in historical spreadsheets
Assisting with the transition and merging of data from FileMaker to a new database platform in Fall 2024
Making updates to our website through Squarespace
Assisting with the transition to a new website design in Spring 2025
Managing our social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X)
Assisting with event planning, including the Annual Awards Luncheon
Position requires:
Detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, and experience with databases and website management are required
Knowledge of Colorado law firms and legal community is desired
Bachelor’s degree and interest in the Lawyers Committee mission preferred
This is a part-time position, estimated between 10 to 20 hours per week. Compensation is $22 per hour. No benefits. Parking is reimbursed for in-person meetings and events. The expected start date is mid to late September. The Colorado Lawyers Committee is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
