office manager (HYBRID SCHEDULE)
The Colorado Lawyers Committee, a 46-year-old nonprofit organization dedicated to pro bono legal advocacy, seeks a full-time Office Manager who serves as the sole staff support for the Colorado Lawyers Committee. This person is responsible for all administrative, clerical and bookkeeping functions of the office. We are a very small office with 3 full-time employees and a few part-time employees and interns.
General responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Creating and maintaining files, database entries, procedures and spreadsheets
Keeping financial records and processing invoices
Preparing payroll and tax returns
Assisting with onboarding of new employees
Preparing correspondence for fundraising, events and office administration
Assisting with event planning and publications
Managing office needs, including ordering supplies and trouble-shooting technology issues
Providing general administrative assistance to the Executive Director, Chief Operating Officer and Clinic Administrator
Position requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and QuickBooks are required. Experience with databases is required. Bachelor’s degree and interest in the Lawyers Committee’s mission required.
Hours are Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week. Must be willing to work some extended hours for an occasional after-hours event. Job is a mixture of remote and in-person at our downtown Denver office location. Must maintain a high level of professionalism. Annual salary range is $55,000-60,000 plus a monthly healthcare stipend. Parking and other benefits available. The Colorado Lawyers Committee is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
