Colorado Lawyers Committee is proud to offer weekly nonprofit legal office hours through the Colorado Nonprofit Legal Services Initiative. These virtual consultations are designed to provide free, accessible legal guidance to Colorado-based 501(c)(3) organizations and not for individuals seeking legal assistance.

Beginning Wednesday, April 8, office hours will be held every Wednesday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. via Zoom. During these 45-minute sessions, nonprofits can connect directly with an experienced attorney to ask questions, issue-spot legal concerns, and receive guidance on a wide range of nonprofit-related legal topics. These consultations provide limited scope legal assistance. Providing this limited assistance does not create an ongoing attorney/client relationship between Colorado Lawyers Committee or our volunteers and the nonprofit representatives.

This free resource is open to all Colorado 501(c)(3) organizations, with no initial intake restrictions. As the program grows, additional intake and screening processes may be introduced to best serve the nonprofit community.
