Part TWO: “Asylum Law 101,” February 3, 2022, 1:00pm – 4:30pm A practical nuts and bolts asylum practice training featuring local asylum expert Emily Smith, Esq., Jaime Moo-Young, M.C. and Trina Seefeldt, Ph.D. from Denver Health, and RMIAN.

The training is free for attorneys who agree to take a pro bono case through RMIAN. Participants who indicate that they are available to take a pro bono case this spring will be assigned a case during the training. Participants will meet in small groups (during and after the training) with their mentors to review questions and receive guidance.

**CLE accreditation pending. 3 CLE credits requested for each session (total 6). This training is also open to paralegals or other legal staff assisting attorneys with asylum cases.
